Sound Healing: Savitri Sounds
Sound healing is the process of using sound frequencies, tones, vibrations to harmonize our energetic fields and attune our physical bodies. Sound therapies promote positive enhancements in our creativity, cognition, emotional well-being. Sound healing is an ancient acoustic art that has been practiced by all known cultures in one form or another, with the deepest roots in shamanic rituals. We will co-create a deep meditative soundscape to channel the healing energy for the community. We will use various musical instruments ~ (drums, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more...) that produce such frequencies & resonance to allow us to journey into the vast inner space of our consciousness.

Sound Healing with Wah!
A Sound Bath with Wah! is a 60 minute guided relaxation with musical accompaniment, designed to relax and heal. Join us at Breathe Ojai.

Finding Inner Peace Workshop

Relax & Unwind
We will begin with 10-15 minutes of gentle stretching by Francesca, Breathe Ojai founder, to prepare you to receive an hour of sound journey healing.

Anxiety and Panic Disorder Support Group
A training series combining yoga therapy and psychotherapy for a holistic approach to stress disorders. We will help your group identify triggers and practical tools for managing symptoms both for prevention and de-escalation. You will identify mental and physical practices that fit your unique needs and style.

Join us for this trauma informed training. Receive Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credit. Apply Western physiology and mindfulness techniques to promote self-regulation and resilience through evidence based practices.

Self Inquiry and Yoga Retreat
This retreat is for anyone interested in exploring the intersections of modern-day postural Yoga, what embodiment, presence, and alignment mean in the context of relationship with oneself and others, and the ways in which self-inquiry might inform living a moral life. In this 3-day retreat, you will have the opportunity to fully engage in Yoga and self-inquiry in a reflective and sharing atmosphere. There will be daily yoga practices, a hike in the surrounding mountains, short silent sittings, vegetarian meals, and open discussions. Yoga classes will be breath-centered and focus on adaptation to the needs of the individual. You will explore the coordination of movement with breath to bring attention to the subtle movements of the body, breath, and mind through yoga.
