About our Sliding Scale Options
We offer a variety of pricing options as well as free/donation classes for folks who hold marginalized identities and those experiencing significant financial hardships. If neither of these applies to you and you're inspired and intrigued by this structure, we ask that you please consider paying the standard or sponsorship rate, which covers your studio to keep it running effectively and keep us open. The sponsorship rate supports those in your community who may not otherwise be able to attend class. We are trying something new here... hoping to build this into a sustainable community which supports each other in material ways (as opposed to simply saying you support others).
Late Cancel Policy
Right now there is no late cancel policy, but we may need to instate this in the future.
No Show Fee
There is currently not a no show fee, but one may be instated in the future.
Fees
Please note that in order to keep costs as affordable as possible for the community and to meet our basic overhead expenses, we have opted in for each paying student to pay the necessary taxes when using a card, as many businesses do these days.
For example, This means that the rate your pay per class, package, etc that amount will be a couple of cents or dollars higher in order to cover taxes associated with doing business. The software system we use also takes a percentage of each transaction.
Momence U.S. Processing Fees:
3.9% + $0.30 for online card payments
3.7% + $0.05 for in-person card payments
1.8% for ACH Payments (direct debit)
To avoid these fees, you may pay with cash or a check made out to ‘namenah yoga therapy llc.’ Thank you for understanding and for thriving with us!
Memberships
All memberships and pay-per-class-per-month options are auto-renew (even if there is no commitment). You can cancel, or freeze, your auto-renew at any time through your Momence account or email us to do so for you. There are no exceptions, prorates, or refunds.
Workshop Refund Policy
You must cancel your spot for a workshop 72 hours before the workshop begins in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations done within 24-48 hours will receive a 50% refund. REFUNDS CANNOT BE GRANTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE WORKSHOP.
Studio Etiquette
Please plan to arrive at least five minutes prior to the beginning of class. There are cubbies for your belongings and we are not responsible for anything you leave in them.
Lost & Found
Things frequently get left behind in the studio (AFTER CLASS BLISS!). We very much try to hold on to these items for as long as possible, but our storage space is limited. aFTER 2-3 WEEKS OF YOUR ITEM BEING LEFT IN THE STUDIO IT MAY BE DONATED. PLEASE REACH OUT VIA EMAIL IF YOU HAVE LEFT SOMETHING AND WOULD LIKE US TO put it aside for you or PLACE IT OUTSIDE ON THE PORCH FOR YOU TO PICK UP (:
General Studio Guidelines
This is a shared community space AND THERE ARE SOME SIMPLE, YET POWERFUL STEPS WE CAN ALL TAKE TO MAKE IT IS PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR ALL.

PLEASE DO NOT WEAR YOUR SHOWS IN THE PRACTICE SPACE
please don’t arrive more than 10 minutes late for class or leave more than 10 minutes early; do let your teacher know if you need to leave early and plan to be extra quiet when you do so
